How do I place an order?

To place an order with JetWash Direct Ltd all you have to do is select your chosen product and click on the 'Add to Cart' button at the base of the product specifications. Your product will then be added to your shopping cart.

Each time you add a product to your cart, you will automatically be redirected to view the contents of your cart and given the options to proceed to 'Checkout', 'Continue Shopping', or 'Delete your Cart'.

You can also check your shopping cart contents and value by viewing the 'Mini Cart' at the top right hand corner of each product page. You are also able to view the complete contents by clicking on the 'View Cart' link.

Is my order secure?

YES - We use a third part vendor (www.sagepay.com) that actually processes your credit / debit card details on our behalf. The security measures taken are as follows:

Sagepay security measures

  • credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.

  • sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls.

  • additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent.

Sagepay VSP is designed so the vendor doesn't have to hold sensitive information on their site, should anyone gain unauthorised access to their database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information.

The possibility of obtaining sensitive information from the Sagepay VSP database is minimised due to high levels of encryption; firewall security and the measures taken to ensure the information is indecipherable.

How long will my order take?

Your order will normally be with you within 5 days for standard products. Certain Lavor products are delivered direct from the manufacturer. These can take upto 14 days. Some product are not always stocked in the UK and need to be ordered. You will be notified of this shortly after the order is received. For International orders we will advise you of the expected delivery date once your requirements have been confirmed.

How do I return products?

What if I do not receive my goods?

If after 5 business working days you have not recieved your goods, please contact us and we will trace your order. Contact details can be found here contact us.

When is my Credit / Debit card debited?

In most circumstances, your card will be debited at the point of despatch. Card payments will automatically be debited on the sixth working day, regardless of whether or not the product has been dispatched. This is to stop the card companies cancelling the transaction, since a deferred transaction cannot be guaranteed for more than six days. We are happy to refund the payment before goods are dispatched and cancel the order.

What happens if my Credit / Debit card authorisation fails?

If for some reason your credit / debit card fails authorisation, we will contact you to confirm your card details and/or request alternative payment details.

What happens if my product is not available?

Generally all products are in stock and ready to despatch. However, we do have some specials that may require ordering in to stock. If this is the case, your order will be automatically placed on 'Back Order' and you will be notified immediately.

Goods placed on 'Back Order' will be charged after 6 working days. ( see - When is my Credit / Debit card debited? )
